Four participants from four nations
Since the new edition in 2017, the traditional tournament to kick off the new ice hockey season has been contested by four strong international teams. In addition to the usual hosts - four-time German champions EHC Red Bull Munich and nine-time champions of the win2day ICE Hockey League, EC Red Bull Salzburg - nine-time Swiss champions ZSC Lions from Zurich will also be taking part again. The tournament will be completed for the first time by the four-time Swedish champions Växjö Lakers. The game will be played in the KE KELIT Arena, the home of EK Die Zeller Eisbären, which has a capacity of 2,600 spectators.

On August 16, Munich will open the tournament in the Zeller KE KELIT Arena at 4:00 p.m. with the opening game against Växjö. Salzburg and Zurich will then play the second semi-final match at 19:30. The winners of the two semi-finals will then battle it out for the tournament title in the final on August 17 at 19:00, preceded by the match for third place at 15:00.
Ticket offers
Fans can decide whether they want to experience the entire weekend, a single day or selected matches live on site. Various ticket bundles are available, with prices ranging from 10 to 80 euros. Red Bulls season ticket holders receive a 20% discount on all tickets.
