5.000 Red Bulls Salute 2026 with Biel, Pardubice, Munich, and Salzburg

The tradition continues: The international invitational tournament "Red Bulls Salute" is entering its 19th edition and will once again welcome top international teams to Zell am See-Kaprun from August 21 to 22 for the first ice hockey highlight of the new season. Advance ticket sales for the tournament are now open.

Four participants from four nations

The tournament format with four strong international participants has proven successful. In August 2026, the Red Bulls Salute in Zell am See will once again feature, alongside the hosts EC Red Bull Salzburg and EHC Red Bull Munich, two teams from major European ice hockey nations: EHC Biel-Bienne from Switzerland and HC Dynamo Pardubice. As in the past three years, the games will be played at the KE KELIT Arena, home of EK Die Zeller Eisbären, which has a capacity of 2,600 spectators.

Red Bull Duel on the First Day

While the two Red Bull teams from Salzburg and Munich have always played their semifinal games simultaneously on the first day of competition, this year the semifinals will feature a clash between the two clubs (August 21, 7:30 p.m.). The first semifinal (4:00 p.m.) will therefore be between EHC Biel-Bienne and HC Dynamo Pardubice. The winners of the two semifinal games will compete for the tournament title in the final on August 22 at 7:00 p.m. The third-place game will take place beforehand at 3:00 p.m.

For the Red Bulls Salute games, single tickets, day tickets, and all-game packages are available. Red Bulls season ticket holders receive a 20% discount on all tickets.

New: Bundle for Two People Including Hotel This year, the ticket offer has been expanded to include an exclusive bundle for two people. The “Red Bulls Salute Weekend Package” includes two nights at the Fish Inn Hotel (Friday to Sunday), two day tickets for each of the four games, and the Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card. This card grants you admission to our premium partners as well as discounts and special offers from our bonus partners in the region.

One-time or multiple-entry admission to the Summer Card's premium partners – including the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier, the Schmittenhöhe, and the lidos around Lake Zell – is included. The Guest Mobility Ticket allows you to travel on all public transportation throughout the province of Salzburg, from trains and buses to the Pinzgau Local Railway. Steam trains, special trains, and the night bus service are excluded.

The “Red Bulls Salute Weekend Package” for two people is available for €604 (€302 per person).
