Are fans of the opposing team allowed?
Yes, away fans are allowed. As a fan of the opposing team, please book your tickets in the sector marked for away fans. It is called “Gästesektor” in our floor plan online.
Is it possible to return, cancel or exchange my ticket?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return, cancel or exchange a ticket. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of tickets as the club’s services are considered recreational services by § 18 (1) Z 10 FAGG. Hence, without exception, tickets already purchased cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged for vouchers. The only reason for reimbursement is the cancelation without substitution of the event.
Where can I buy tickets?
The fastest way to buy a ticket is through the online ticket shop of the EC Red Bull Salzburg. Once booked, the ticket will be displayed in your online account under “My digital tickets”. You have the option of either printing your ticket or saving it as a PDF or in your mobile wallet. Both versions will grant you access to the stadium.
Additionally, you can also buy your tickets at the Red Bull World located at Getreidegasse 34, 5020 Salzburg, or the ticketshop in front of the stadium.

Who is eligible for discounts?
Discounted tickets are valid for: children between the ages of 6 and 13, students, apprentices, retirees and people with disabilities (> 50 %).
ID required: The relevant ID must be carried and shown to security staff if requested. Misuse of discounted tickets will result in their removal and refusal of admission to the stadium. Subsequent offsetting of discounts is not possible. Day tickets for people with disabilities without a wheelchair (from 50% disability) are also available at a discounted rate (incl. accompanying person, if noted on the person’s evidence of impairment) and can be purchased at the ticketshop.
