Red Bulls on course for promotion after four CHL games// CHLThree wins from the first four games in the Champions Hockey League - the Red Bulls have made a really good start in the top flight. Now they have two more games to go in the regular season to secure a playoff spot. After four games, the Red Bulls are in 6th place with 8 points and are therefore on course for promotion. However, there are still two games left in the regular season - at the Växjö Lakers and at home against Sparta Prague - and the top 16 teams will qualify for the playoffs. To the table
After the recent CHL trip, from which the Red Bulls took five points from Poland and Switzerland, there was a day off yesterday. Today the team already trained partially again in order to fully prepare for the start of the win2day ICE Hockey League on Friday in Klagenfurt.
Poland and Switzerland were worth the trip
At the Polish champions in Auschwitz, the Red Bulls were welcomed by a fanatical crowd and a well-prepared home team that demanded everything from our boys. The game was on a knife-edge, especially in the final third and in extra time, but our boys held their nerve and took the extra point with a 3:2 victory.

In Zurich, the Red Bulls surprised the Swiss champions with a real kick-start and were already 4:0 ahead in the second period. Then the Zurich team began to unpack their undoubted qualities. Too late - the Red Bulls had to concede two more goals, but defended in 'playoff mode' in the final third and ultimately celebrated a 4:2 victory. It was the Red Bulls' first CHL win on Swiss ice in 10 years, winning 2-0 in Kloten on September 23, 2014 in the first year of the newly founded CHL.
