Four players leave the club
Defenseman Tyler Lewington and forward Troy Bourke joined Salzburg in 2022, played a significant role in three championship titles with the Red Bulls, and were part of the team that made club and league history with four consecutive titles. Lewington primarily showcased his skills as a defensive-minded defenseman, unconditionally supporting his teammates in 223 games for the Red Bulls.
Bourke missed almost the entire regular season of his first season with the Red Bulls due to a serious injury, but was able to return for the playoffs and subsequently demonstrated his scoring prowess, racking up 59 goals and 88 assists in 181 games.
Forward Travis St. Denis arrived in Salzburg from Straubing a year ago and recorded 21 goals and 24 assists in 51 games. Forward Brandon Coe joined Salzburg during the last season and tallied 11 goals and 15 assists in 40 games.
