The competition also included changing tires on a Formula 1 car, which shouldn't really be a problem for the experienced driver. “But you have to put the air pressure screwdriver on correctly from above, otherwise the nut won't come off or won't go in,” says Peter Hochkofler, who quickly got the hang of it.
The most fun, of course, was driving the vehicle yourself, regardless of the vehicle. Driving the buggy was particularly challenging, as it had to be mastered on uneven roads with lots of holes. Hochkofler: “You have to keep a close eye on the route. If you drive uphill into a hole, you might not be able to get out. And driving downhill in this terrain is not easy, it requires full concentration.”
Successful event
First and foremost, however, the aim was to promote a sense of community. “Competing against each other in small groups helps immensely because you have a task that you want to complete for the team, but you also have the necessary fun.” Rounded off with an evening together in Spielberg, the trip to the Austrian motorsport metropolis of the Red Bulls was a cool event that should give the boys strength for a long time to come.
After these two days together, the Red Bulls have resumed training today and are preparing for the next tasks, starting with the home game on Sunday against Hydro Fehérvár AV19.
