Inspired by the first period, the Juniors started the second period with high energy. Vasily Zelenov took advantage of this as early as the 22nd minute, scoring a brace to give them a 2:0 lead. This unleashed the Juniors. Kalle Myllymaa scored in the 24th minute and Daniels Murnieks with a brace in the 26th and 27th minutes to give them a 5:0 lead. Goalkeeper Alexander Schmidt then had to make way for David Felder. The Juniors continued to make their mark in offense, but Felder did not allow another goal in the second period.
In the final period, Paul Vinzens - after 54 seconds (41') - now also managed to beat the substitute goalkeeper from Bregenzerwald. The visitors from Vorarlberg then tried everything to score.
