"Every day is an outstanding moment" A look with Andreas Brucker at the young talent of EC Red Bull Salzburg // Juniors Eleven coaches, including Andreas Brucker, the Director of Development Youth, are responsible for the youngest youth players at EC Red Bull Salzburg. Divided into five teams and supported by around 15 permanent coaches - the younger the children, the more hockey-loving parents are needed to dress and support the young cracks on the boards - the children and youngsters train daily in the Eisarena Salzburg and use both ice surfaces. Add to this the games at the weekends in various tournaments and junior leagues as well as the beginners' training sessions - the Salzburg junior program is full to bursting.
We spoke to Andreas Brucker and took a look at the work that goes on there every day.
The competitions in the various age groups are still ongoing. The season traditionally ends at the big World Tournament in Zell am See, where the Red Bulls will once again be competing in all three age groups. "Of course we want to present ourselves in the best possible way and it would be nice to win the tournament again after a long time," says Andreas Brucker, looking forward to the international challenge.
