ASKÖ Youth Development Award 2025
From a total of 70 submissions across Austria, nominated by the respective ASKÖ regional associations, EC Red Bull Salzburg was honored as the representative of ASKÖ Salzburg for its outstanding work with young talent. The top three clubs in each federal state were honored for their successful promotion of young athletes. With its sporting successes in the youth competitions of the 2023/24 and 2024/25 seasons, EC Red Bull Salzburg secured first place in the federal state of Salzburg.

"This award is a great recognition of our youth development work by ASKÖ. Last year's successes have not gone unnoticed and are our greatest motivation to continue giving our all—to be successful in sports and to get even more children excited about ice hockey. The event was truly impressive: you could see how many clubs, especially smaller ones, are supported by ASKÖ and how many children are getting active as a result. It's great to see what is being achieved here in such a wide variety of sports. We would like to express our sincere thanks to ASKÖ for this special recognition."
