CheckerBande carnival crafts in the Eisarena SalzburgCreativity, fun and exclusive insights behind the scenes.// CheckerBandeOn Monday, 3 March 2025, the Eisarena Salzburg was transformed into a colorful carnival workshop: The children of the CheckerBande met up to do handicrafts together and were supported by Red Bulls professionals Philipp Wimmer and Philipp Krening.In addition to creative works of art, the young fans were given an exclusive tour of the EC Red Bull Salzburg professional dressing room.

The Red Bulls Kids Club was welcomed by Rob outside the arena. Whether as Spiderman, Harry Potter, a policeman or a pirate - the children came in a wide variety of costumes. The two Red Bulls professionals, Philipp Wimmer and Philipp Krening, didn't miss out on the crafting fun either and lent a helping hand. Together they designed creative Rob masks, made lucky charms for the players and built elaborate paper airplanes. In the final competition, the children tested their constructions in the Salzburg ice arena to see how well they could fly before the professionals awarded prizes to the winning planes and diligently handed out autographs.

After the arts and crafts, the absolute highlight of the day followed: an exclusive carnival parade through the EC Red Bull Salzburg professional dressing room. Philipp Wimmer and Philipp Krening took the children on an exciting tour, during which they not only explored the dressing room, but also the weight room and other team rooms of the professionals. A special experience was trying out the seats of their favorite players - a moment that brought a big smile to the faces of many children.
