Gratis Eislaufkurse
With the aim of getting more children to skate, EC Red Bull Salzburg together with the sports association ASKÖ Salzburg founded the free ice skating lessons project in September 2015 as part of the Ministry of Sport's exercise campaign "Kinder Gesund Bewegen" ("Keeping Children Healthy"). Kindergarten groups and elementary school classes are invited or can sign up to take three free weekly ice skating lessons in Salzburg's ice arena under the guidance and supervision of Red Bulls ice hockey coaches.
The project has been very well received by children and teachers alike; since the introduction of the free ice skating courses, all the units have always been taken.
More information on next season's ice skating courses will follow here in fall 2023 after the start of the new ice season.
