51% education, 49% sport

The principle of 51% education and 49% sport is firmly anchored in the Red Bull Academy's mission statement. It expresses the great importance of school education at the academy. Our school coordinator ensures that everything runs smoothly and acts as a link between the players, educators, teachers, parents and coaches. She coordinates all support measures and advises on school selection in advance.

The Red Bull Academy works closely with the following German-speaking partner schools: Christian Doppler Gymnasium (part of the SSM model), Privatschule für Wirtschaft und Leistungssport (private school for business and competitive sports), and Sportmittelschule Wals-Siezenheim (sports middle school). In cooperation with these schools, we are able to combine school and sports at a high level. The cooperation includes all school exemptions, the coordination of exam dates, and the scheduling of lessons and training. Furthermore, we offer individual school programs (self-study/online school programs) for foreign players if required. At the Red Bull Academy, academic support and personal development are supplemented by sports psychologists, a daily study hour, tutoring, and learning coaching.

Afternoon care is offered for Salzburg players between school and training. This includes lunch at the academy, supervised learning times and leisure activities.
