The principle of 51% education and 49% sport is firmly anchored in the Red Bull Academy's mission statement. It expresses the great importance of school education at the academy. Our school coordinator ensures that everything runs smoothly and acts as a link between the players, educators, teachers, parents and coaches. She coordinates all support measures and advises on school selection in advance.

The Red Bull Academy works closely with the following partner schools: Christian Doppler Gymnasium (part of the SSM model), a Private School for Business and Competitive Sports and the Wals Siezenheim Sports Middle School. In cooperation with these schools, it is possible to combine school and sport at a high level. The cooperation includes all school exemptions, private tuition, management of exam dates and the coordination of lessons and training. We also offer individual online school programs for foreign players if required. At the Red Bull Academy, school support and the promotion of personal development are supplemented by sports psychologists and a learning coach. They offer individual support and workshops.

Afternoon care is offered for Salzburg players between school and training. This includes lunch at the academy, supervised learning times and leisure activities.
