Interview with Brandon Coe
For the 23-year-old Canadian, it was definitely a big change moving from America to Europe. The tall forward spent the last three years playing in the AHL for the San Jose Barracuda and has now, at the age of 23, taken the plunge and crossed the pond. In this interview, he tells us who encouraged him to do so, how he got his jersey number 44, and why he admires Sidney Crosby.

From the interview with Brandon Coe
"I had to get used to it first, both in terms of playing ice hockey and life in general. The style of play is quite different from North America, and there is much more training here, but fewer games. But I have friends who encouraged me to take the step and only had good things to say about the club here. Ryan Murphy, for example, whom I've known for a long time. I'm already looking forward to the next games."

The next opportunity for Brandon Coe and the Red Bulls to show themselves to their home crowd is on December 5 against KAC – on Krampus game day! At first, the Canadian didn't quite believe that the Krampus would also be coming to the Salzburg ice arena, but at least he has been warned...
