Fans of the Future
The PMS Michaelbeuern wasn't easy to find. Nestled in the picturesque hills of the Flachgau region lies the venerable Benedictine Abbey of Michaelbeuern, which also houses the middle school of the same name. But once inside, one is immediately brought back to reality, namely to 23 bright and interested students who had clearly prepared well for the Red Bulls' visit.
They didn't falter when faced with the Red Bulls' popular trivia and knowledge questions: How much does a professional ice hockey stick cost? How many players are on a team? Even the "cardinal question" of how long the players are on the ice—that is, the length of a line change—was largely within the acceptable range of 20 to 60 seconds.

Impressions from the class room
Ali and Lukas had no trouble leading the lesson – which, of course, included putting on a complete ice hockey kit, and Selina looked remarkably good in it – and, as is so often the case, it was far too short. This was undoubtedly due in part to the fact that the ice hockey-mad kids got the pros' autographs not only on cards, but also on pencil cases, table tennis rackets, water bottles, T-shirts, slippers, and so on.
Our special thanks go to the class teacher, Mr. Hager, who worked hard to organize this visit, but unfortunately couldn't be there due to illness. He was admirably represented by his colleague, Ms. Pichler, and we look forward to welcoming Mr. Hager in person when class 1a comes to a Red Bulls home game. Warmest regards to Michaelbeuern!
