Red Bulls strengthen their offense once again Travis St. Denis moves from Straubing to Salzburg// Team updateEC Red Bull Salzburg has responded to the long-term absence of Ali Wukovits by signing a new forward in Travis St. Denis. The 32-year-old Canadian last played in the PENNY DEL with the Straubing Tigers. Travis St. Denis played five years in the AHL after some success in Canadian junior leagues and in the NCAA at Quinnipiac University. In a total of 294 games, the forward recorded 69 goals and 76 assists. St. Denis then moved to the German DEL with the Straubing Tigers, where he stayed for two years. This was followed by a DEL season with ERC Ingolstadt, before returning to the Straubing Tigers once again. In his four years in the DEL, he recorded 76 goals and 68 assists in 215 league games and also gained valuable experience in the CHL (22 Sp | 2 T | 8 A) with both clubs.

"Travis is a very good skater and also has good stick technique, especially a really good wrist shot. But what distinguishes him the most - and this is very important to me - is his ‘Red Bull’ fighting spirit. He works hard and never avoids a duel. That also makes him a good team player with a strong character, something that also characterized him recently in Straubing. He's a forward who can also play wing, but should take on the center role with us."

I'm looking forward to the new challenge of the win2day ICE Hockey League, where the pace is high and the games are competitive, and I want to help the Red Bulls win another championship."
This is the first season in the win2day ICE Hockey League for St. Denis, who will be coming to Salzburg with his family at the beginning of August. The striker will wear the number 74 for the Red Bulls.
