It has long been a tradition for the Red Bulls to dedicate a home game day in the basic round to Wings for Life and thus put the foundation for spinal cord research in the public eye. The Red Bull Hockey Juniors and EHC Red Bull Munich are also once again supporting the good cause with a Wings for Life match day. This year, the program has been expanded: for the first time, the Munich U20 Rookie Bulls will also play a Wings for Life game to support the foundation for spinal cord research.

A Viennese artist for Wings for Life
All four Red Bull teams play their Wings for Life game in specially designed jerseys that differ from each other in color. The motif was created by Viennese artist Martin Tardy using a unique painting technique. The artist paints the picture with both hands at the same time and never puts the pen down. After a good five minutes, the picture was finished, which now adorns the Wings for Life jerseys of the Red Bull teams.
The jerseys are only worn on the respective Wings for Life match day and then go on sale. 100% of the proceeds go to the Foundation for Spinal Cord Research.
How do I get a Wings for Life jersey?
The price for EC Red Bull Salzburg and Red Bull Hockey Juniors jerseys is EUR 250. After the end of the game, interested parties can send an e-mail with up to three jerseys of their choice to wingsforlife@redbulls.com. Jerseys will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Fans who are awarded a jersey will be informed by e-mail and will also receive the payment details.
The Wings for Life World Run takes place on May 4
Another great opportunity to support Wings for Life is the annual Wings for Life World Run, which starts worldwide on May 4. There will once again be an organized App Run in Salzburg's Volksgarten, for which you can already register now. We are looking forward to all runners who register again in the running team “Red Bulls & Friends”. With an extra boost of 10 EUR on top of the registration fee of 25 EUR, you will again receive your own running shirt.
