For several years now, the ÖSV skiers have been taking part in a training camp lasting several days at the Red Bull Ice Hockey Academy with various groups and preparing for the new winter season with ice hockey training, among other things. The highlight is the final game on the last day of training, where some of the Red Bulls' professionals also like to mingle with the skiers.
Led by double world champion and 18-time World Cup winner Vincent Kriechmayr, the two teams engaged in a lively exchange of blows, in which the Upper Austrian secured a narrow 3:2 victory with his goal in the final penalty shoot-out.
